A Bradley Stoke-based charity which supports people living with chronic neurological conditions has been given a financial boost after housebuilder Wain Homes Severn Valley held its annual golf day. The event at The Kendleshire Golf Club in Coalpit Heath, saw 100 golfers from the construction industry take part and raised an impressive £11,000 for The Brightwell.

A loneliness charity has received a £16,000 boost from Bradley Stoke based housebuilder Wain Homes following the company’s annual charity golf day. Marmalade Trust on Grosvenor Road in St Pauls, Bristol, is the only charity in the world dedicated to raising awareness of loneliness and is Wain Homes Severn Valley’s chosen charity for 2023. A total of 31 teams from the construction industry took part in the event.
