Junior members of Bradley Stoke’s TJ’s Netball Club staged a sponsored cycle ride earlier this week to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. Club member Hayley Clements (27) was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer and is about to start a course of radiotheraphy following surgery. A Bradley Stoke runner is hoping to raise £1300 for a theatre charity by taking part in the Flora London Marathon this Sunday (26th April).
