Full bus syndrome now affecting the m1 Metrobus route.
Has skipped the Webbs Wood, Great Meadow and Great Stoke stops in Bradley Stoke leaving dozens behind so far.
New timetable going well @FirstBSA – yes?

@FirstBSA @metrobusBristol stood waiting at Great Stoke bus stop (inbound). Two M1 buses have now passed. First picked up. Few people (not me), second picked up none. You need more capacity on this route on weekday mornings. Please do something as I will be late for work – AGAIN

@FirstBSA 2 x m1 buses not turned up at great meadow. Once again I have activated my ticket and once again now looking like I will get an uber

@FirstBSA so your M1 service has driver shortages meaning the service is only running to Cabot instead of back to UWE and Bradley Stoke etc. When will you start reimbursing paying customers when you’re unable to provide a fully functioning service?

We’re working with Bristol City Council to establish the cause of major traffic congestion in the Bedminster area. Many of our services are getting stuck in traffic, meaning they are unable to make their journeys on time. We apologise for any inconvenience this is causing.

@FirstBSA hi where are the m1s today? Myself and a large crowd are waiting did the m1 but 3 have disappeared off the board and no sign of any of them – live tracking also not working

*m1 update 17 Feb*
Due to one of the m1 buses being attacked, the m1 won’t serve Novers Lane, Inns Court or Filwood Broadway for the rest of this evening. Buses are diverted via Hengrove Way. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused but we need to keep our customers & staff safe pic.twitter.com/e9L4aZfrJA

@FirstBSA Have just witnessed the most lovely thing: the driver of the M1 stopping a just a little further back from the Willow Brook stop so that a man who was limping along was able to get on. Simple act of #kindness

Hi, we're equally frustrated by the congestion. However the m1 is the main service for UWE students who travel from the city centre to campus and back which is why the services go there.

Just wanted to say a quick thank you for making the m1 happen, I was struggling to get to UWE from Cribbs Causeway since I started university because of the lack of buses! For me the m1 is a life saver, you guys made me super happy with it, so thank you so much!

@NBristolSusCom M1 is great until it hits traffic. Possible impact from extra cars as a result of #severnbridgetolls removal? https://t.co/EJaGWLlnEu

@FirstBSA as a regular moaner to you guys I wanted to share some positivity about the new M1 metrobus. I LOVE IT!! It’s fast, clean, green and has a proper Bristolian voice telling you the stops, which even says “cheers!” at the end of the journey. I ❤️ M1 – thank you 😊

@metrobusBristol Have been waiting for m1 at East St. from 7-54 till 8-24, not a single m1 turned up, so had to take a taxi to make it in time to my Bradley Stoke office. So 20 min and £20+ wasted. VERY disappointed.

@metrobusBristol I'm glad travel was free today on the #M1 #Metrobus, as our inbound trip to town was 15mins late and the return to Bradley Stoke has missed two busses overdue now. #NotWorthPayingFor
