Bradley Stoke’s Willow Brook shopping centre, based around the Tesco Extra store, offers free cark parking to its customers for up to four-and-a-half hours. Management of car parking on the site is sub-contracted to HX Car Park Management Ltd. See below for the full terms and conditions.
The site is enforced by warden patrols and automatic number plate recognition (ANPR).

Terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions are displayed widely within the car park:
- 4.5 hours maximum stay. No return within 1 hour at anytime.
- To park in a marked parent and child bay you must be accompanied by one or more children up to 12 years of age.
- To park in a disabled bay you must display a valid Blue Badge clearly in the front windscreen of your vehicle.
- You must park your vehicle in a designated parking bay and wholly within the confines of the bay marking.
- Vehicles are only permitted in a loading bay when loading and/or unloading. This is authorised for a maximum of 10 minutes. No return within 1 hour at anytime.
Parking charge notices (PCNs)
“This is private land. Breaches of any term or condition will result in the driver being liable for a parking charge of £100.”
Camera errors
If you believe the automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) camera missed you leaving the site, contact the Willow Brook Centre management suite. They can check other (CCTV) cameras and annul the PCN. Contact details can be found below.
